I started my career as international tax advisor with PwC and Loyens & Loeff. During this period I was assigned to various foreign offices, such as the PwC London office, the PwC Caracas office and the Loyens & Loeff Curacao and Aruba office. I joined the international law firm Hogan Lovells in Amsterdam in 2006, followed by a move to industry in 2011.
At Stork, a well-known Dutch multinational, I was responsible for the global tax position of Stork Technical Services division. I have been an independent tax director since 2013. An important part of my activities relates to the structuring of my clients’ business transactions, to optimize their tax positions, including M&A and cross-border reorganizations.
